Request a Pool Key - We strongly encourage you to submit an online pool key request using the general contact form and you will be contacted by our office manager to coordinate a time to pick up your pool key. The cost is $20 and payable only by check or cash.
Residents may visit the East Club Pool House during posted office hours. If you are renting a home in the Valencia Park/Cedar Groves community, please provide a recent utility bill that includes your name and address, along with your I.D.
If you do not have a bill in your name, please have the owner contact us directly to confirm residency and permission using the contact form.
NOTE: As a reminder, under Article II Property Rights:
The Association has the right to .... suspend the use of recreational facilities by an owner from any period during which any assessment against his lot remains unpaid; and for a period not to exceed sixty 60 days.
